How to send a copyright notice
Please email [email protected] with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact link (URL) of the page on our website that contains the material you want removed.
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
After we receive a complete notice we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may share a copy of the notice with the person who published the material.
Counter-notice
If you believe that material was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at the same email address with the link of the removed material and a statement explaining why you believe it was removed in error.
